Account Deletion Requests

To remain App Store compliant and honor your data rights, we provide a clear path to delete your Nulane Systems account. Email otto@nulanesystems.com with the subject "Request Account Deletion" and include the email address or phone number associated with your account.

For security purposes, include any of the following pieces of information you can share:

• Registered email or username
• Last four digits of the phone number on file
• Approximate date of account creation or recent transaction

Once we receive the request, we will verify your identity, delete your account data from our active systems, and confirm the completion via email within five (5) business days. If additional verification is necessary, we will reach out to the same email you used to initiate the deletion.

If you have connected services or subscriptions through the App Store, please cancel those directly in your Apple account before requesting deletion so we can process the closure without delays.
